Best Summer Dish

Today, we were heading to the lake to have lunch with my Dad for Father's day and I made one of our favorite summer "dips". Because it is such a pretty dish, I had to make the obligatory "food post" (see below) to my Facebook stories. Never would I have imagined the messages I would get asking for the recipe! One of the easiest and best dishes for summer gatherings! Makes a lot, aesthetically pleasing, super easy, and not to mention DELICIOUS!
